Kylan Fischer is a yoga instructor and plant-based health coach with degrees in business marketing and liberal arts. When did you first try yoga?
I first tried yoga in an LA fitness gym when I was 15. I didn’t fall in love with it until 5 years later when I found a studio I loved!

Who was the first teacher that greatly influenced you?
Polina was my teacher during my teacher trainer. I though her practice was beautiful and it inspired me to take my practice to the next level.
When did you decide to become a yoga teacher and why?
When I was 22 I received my certification. I loved the practice and wanted to share it with the world.
How much time do you devote to your yoga practice per day/week?
1 hour/ 3-4 days per week
What is the hardest yoga pose that you have ever found?
Lotus handstand! I love it because it is the perfect combo of strength, flexibility, and balance.
What advice would you give to those who are just starting their yoga journey?
Consistency is key!
How often do you meditate? (Min per day / once per day)
5 minutes a day.

Drink coffee

Yes! I use vanilla almond milk with vanilla coffee

Vegan diet for life. I try to eat the rainbow.

Do no harm. Be kind. Think before I speak.

I would save animals, save people, and try to make the world a better place.

My Fiancé will always be my dinner date of choice. Forever and always.

A few hours a day because I work mostly on my phone.
